Observation

Licensor interviewed provider and requested police records. Police were called three times during 2020, at least once when child care children were present, due to family conflict between the provider and her minor son. While the provider appeared open and forthcoming during this complaint inspection, she did not notify licensor when the police were called at the time as required by WAC 110-300-0475 (2)(b)(vii) within 24 hours.
